In 2016, Civil Solutions introduced our Construction Management department. We’ve managed projects as small as residential slope repairs up to full site development and are continuing to grow. Our construction managers are experienced and prepared to perform the following services:

• Preparing construction estimates

• Coordinating with contractors for project schedules

• Communicating between all contractors and owner/owner’s representative

• Overseeing construction procedures and processes

• Managing project fees/invoices with owner’s budget

• Facilitating project permits and requirements of local jurisdiction

• Overseeing project close-out processes
