The mixed-use retail and residential space project is situated in historic downtown Loveland, Ohio on the bank of the Little Miami River. The project features 15,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, which includes 94 apartments, covering four acres.

Civil Solutions Associates (CSA) provided a construction management package to the real estate developer and the City of Loveland of which both shared the costs of the site development. CSA was responsible for demolition of an existing 3-story building, undercutting soil and building debris from previously demolished buildings, import and placement of fill to bring the site grades above flood elevations, and storm, water, and sanitary utilities.
